The training facilities will be great if he gets it through but I thought there was still a lot if work to do there, ecen if they get agreement to proceed, which isn't certain.
It wasn’t very clear on the podcast but I think the issue was more with the question was asking not just about one project but multiple around the ground. So Ellis I think answered discussing the two main ones in one go.
Not sure what the hint is for the location of training facilities but I might look at a map later.
That would be exciting and I wonder if there would be a sporting grant to assist and it could really help in community aspects.

as I spent several years playing my rugby league at this venue during the 1980s... I think it qualifies very nicely as a centre of excellence... By association..Seriously tho.. It's well located, loads of space and potential
It also has an element of privacy with it being tucked away down a road that apart from a few houses only goes to WYS&S. it’s in a nice part of the City too.I’m sure this won’t be an issue as they’ll do what’s necessary but it is prone to flooding and can become very boggy especially at the bottom end.
From memory there’s 2 football pitches, a rugby pitch, cricket oval, 2 small all weather areas the club house and a sizeable private parking lot so plenty of room
